We do not touch structural walls, load-bearing elements, or any work that requires a permit. If you're unsure whether a wall is structural, we'll tell you before we touch it.
Permits Are the Owner's Responsibility
We don't pull permits and we don't advise on permit requirements. Some demo work in Raleigh and surrounding areas requires a permit from the city. Check with your local permitting office if you're unsure. We show up and do the physical work once that's sorted.
