Construction Debris Hauling in Charlotte: What We Take
Renovation waste from Charlotte properties: drywall, lumber, flooring, roofing shingles, tile, insulation, old fixtures. This is our most common commercial call. A dumpster rental runs 7–14 days, so contractors call us when the site has to be clear today.
We haul during a renovation and after it wraps. A homeowner whose contractor left a pile in the driveway can have it gone the same day. A contractor with several Charlotte sites can set up end-of-week cleanouts as a recurring arrangement. We take these jobs across the city, including Ballantyne, Steele Creek, University City and SouthPark.
Mixed construction debris (drywall, wood, general rubble) is handled differently from pure concrete or metal loads. Mixed loads go to C&D facilities, and separated loads sometimes qualify for specific recycling streams. To lean toward recycling, pull metal and concrete out of the pile before we arrive. Otherwise we haul it mixed and it is processed at a different facility.
We do not take hazardous materials such as asbestos-containing materials or lead paint residue on old components. In a pre-1978 Charlotte home, get an inspection before the debris comes out if there is any question.
