Construction Debris Removal in Raleigh — No Dumpster Required
Drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, roofing, siding, tile, insulation, trim, and general demo waste. We load it and haul it the same day, which is the whole point: no container sitting in the driveway for two weeks, no street placement to arrange, and nobody filling your dumpster overnight.
Priced by Volume and Weight
Light debris like drywall scrap and insulation prices by the space it takes in the truck. Dense material — tile, brick, mortar, roofing shingles, plaster — prices by weight, because a partial truck of it can outweigh a full load of anything else. Either way you get the number before we start loading, based on what’s actually on site.
Working Around an Active Job Site
Most of this work happens while a crew is still working. We can run mid-project so debris never accumulates, or come at the end for a single clear-out. Contractors, remodelers, and property managers often book us on a recurring basis through a project. Tell us where the pile is and where we can stage the truck.
Separating the Load
Clean loads route better. Metal — ductwork, pipe, appliances, structural steel — goes to scrap recycling. Clean lumber and clean concrete each have their own path. Mixed debris goes to a construction and demolition facility. If your job has produced sorted piles, say so and we’ll keep them separated rather than combining everything on the truck.
Raleigh Coverage and Site Access
Inside-the-Beltline renovation work around Five Points, Oakwood, and Oberlin Road usually means street parking and a hand-carry from the back of the house. Brier Creek, Wakefield, and North Raleigh new construction and additions generally have driveway or lot access right at the debris pile. Downtown and Glenwood South projects need loading zone coordination, so flag that when you book. We run the same service through Cary, Apex, Garner, Wake Forest, Knightdale, and Durham.
