When to Book: Before or After Final Walkthrough?

Book us before your final walkthrough with the contractor. Clearing the debris means punch-list items aren’t buried under leftover materials.

Most renovation cleanouts take 1–3 hours depending on volume. Same-day service is available in most areas.

What Happens to the Debris

Mixed loads go to licensed disposal facilities, after we pull out what can be diverted:

  • Scrap metal: copper pipe, conduit, and steel components are recycled where possible
  • Clean wood: unpainted dimensional lumber can go to salvage partners where available
  • Concrete and masonry: clean material can be processed at aggregate recycling facilities rather than standard landfill
