Coverage for same-day service runs across Wake County: Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Knightdale, and Fuquay-Varina. Some jobs on the outer edges of Wake County may need a next-day slot depending on crew positions that day — we’ll tell you on the call, not after you’ve waited.
What qualifies for same-day: furniture, appliances, junk and clutter, construction debris, yard waste, cleanouts — basically anything on our standard service list. Large-scope jobs like full-house estate cleanouts or major construction sites sometimes need to be scheduled in advance because of crew and truck requirements; single-room or single-load jobs almost always fit same-day.
The 3 PM cutoff is a hard line, not an estimate. Calls before 3 PM go on the same-day dispatch board. Calls at 3:15 PM typically go on the next morning’s schedule. If you’re close to the cutoff, call first — we’ll tell you if we can still get there today.
