The Walk-Through
We start by walking the home with you, or by video or photos if the family lives out of town. You show us what stays, what goes, and anything that needs a second look. We load around the flagged items and keep a separate pile for anything you want to review.
Houses Across Wake County
We clear homes from the older streets of Oakwood and Five Points to newer neighborhoods in North Raleigh, and out to Cary and Apex. Mention every structure on the property, because a detached garage, shed or storage building changes the plan. Left-behind appliances are part of the job too, and so is the garage.
Usable Items
Good furniture, kitchenware, and collectibles can have a second life. Tell us before we start which pieces you want a donation effort made on and we will keep them apart from the load headed for disposal.
