Appliance Removal in Raleigh — How We Work
Raleigh routes cover the city proper plus Wake County — Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Knightdale, and Fuquay-Varina. We run Monday through Saturday with two-hour arrival windows. Same-day service is available when you call before 3 PM.
Pricing is set before anything moves. We assess the items, access (stairs, basement, garage versus first floor), and volume, then give you a firm number on the spot. You approve it before we start. A single appliance like a refrigerator or washer typically runs a quarter of a truck; a kitchen and laundry room clearout fills most of a truck and is priced for the load. If you’re also clearing out furniture or doing a full estate cleanout, we can combine it into the same visit.
Disconnection is on you before we arrive. Water valves shut off and hoses removed. Gas lines capped by a licensed plumber — we don’t cap active gas lines. Electric appliances unplugged or disconnected at the breaker. We don’t perform plumbing, electrical, or gas work on-site. Once the appliance is disconnected and accessible, we carry it out and haul it.
Raleigh-area appliances go to certified recyclers. The Triangle has several facilities that process refrigerants, recover metals, and handle appliance components properly. We use those facilities rather than landfill-bound disposal when the material qualifies.
