Appliance Removal in Raleigh — How We Work

Raleigh routes cover the city proper plus Wake County — Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Garner, Knightdale, and Fuquay-Varina. We run Monday through Saturday with two-hour arrival windows. Same-day service is available when you call before 3 PM.

Pricing is set before anything moves. We assess the items, access (stairs, basement, garage versus first floor), and volume, then give you a firm number on the spot. You approve it before we start. A single appliance like a refrigerator or washer typically runs a quarter of a truck; a kitchen and laundry room clearout fills most of a truck and is priced for the load. If you’re also clearing out furniture or doing a full estate cleanout, we can combine it into the same visit.

Gas appliances: the gas line must be capped before we arrive. We don’t cap active gas lines — that’s on you or your plumber. Electrical and water line disconnection we handle. Once the gas is capped, we do the rest — disconnect, carry out, and haul.

Raleigh-area appliances go to certified recyclers. The Triangle has several facilities that process refrigerants, recover metals, and handle appliance components properly. We use those facilities rather than landfill-bound disposal when the material qualifies.

Questions Answered.

For water lines, electrical, and dryer vents — yes, we handle all of that. For gas appliances, the gas line must be capped before we arrive. If you're not sure how to cap the line, have a plumber do it beforehand. Everything else — disconnection and haul — is on us.
Yes, if you call before 3 PM. Same-day appliance removal is available in Raleigh and across Wake County.
Pricing is based on volume — how much space your items take in the truck. A single appliance typically starts around $135. We give you a firm price on-site before we start.
Yes. We route appliances to certified recycling facilities in the Raleigh area. Refrigerants are handled in compliance with EPA regulations.
Yes — most appliance loads fit in one truck. If you have a garage full of old appliances, describe the scope when you book and we'll right-size the crew.
By volume. The price is based on how much space your items take up in the truck. We give you a firm number on-site before we lift anything — no surprises.
Yes — text us photos and we can give you a ballpark range before anyone comes out. Keep in mind it's a range, not a firm price. The crew does a quick on-site look before quoting a final number, because volume and access factors like stairs or tight hallways affect the total in ways a photo can't always show.
Yes. We quote it, you approve it, we load it — all in one visit. No second trip needed.
Credit card, check, or cash. Payment is collected on-site after the job is done and you've approved the final price.
