We don’t haul campers or RVs — here’s what to do instead
An RV, travel trailer, or pop-up camper is a titled, road-towable vehicle. Moving it takes a licensed hauler, and disposal runs through RV salvage or donation — not a junk truck. So Junk Doctors does not remove campers or RVs. Here is the route that works.
Who removes an old camper or RV in NC
- An RV salvage or recycling yard parts out and scraps rigs; some will tow.
- A licensed tow or heavy-haul company moves a non-running rig off your property.
- An RV-donation program accepts many campers, arranges pickup, and sends a tax receipt.
- The North Carolina DMV handles the title — campers and travel trailers are titled, so sign it over or file a sold/abandoned notice. Start at NCDMV.
What we can clear from the property
The rig itself is not ours to take, but everything around and inside it usually is:
- The contents of the camper — old furniture, mattresses, appliances, and household junk
- Sheds, carports, and the area where it was parked
- Yard debris, general junk, and full-property cleanouts — but not propane tanks, fuel, or batteries, which are hazardous
Give us a load like that and we will quote a firm, upfront price and haul it the same day when you call before 3 PM.
