I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone trying to remove any “junk” from a business. I called other junk removal businesses and I had to wait a few days before I can get the service done, but Junk Doctors came out the SAME DAY and very professionally removed my stuff within an hour. The two gentlemen named Drew and Clayton “Clay” are very good at what they do and they deserve a raise. I was happy with the service I received. I will be a returning Customer for future needs!!

I made an appointment online for 10-12 window to have a few items removed some from inside the house and most from the garage. They called and were able to come early. Clay and Caesar arrived and were both nice and professional. Removed the items in no time. My dog made a new friend!! Would use again and may soon as I am cleaning out while packing to move! Thanks for the great service.

Great experience! Scheduling appointment was easy. They called, gave an ETA and arrived at that time. Clay and Brandon were very respectful and courteous, assessed the job and gave a quote. The young men were very efficient, expeditious and thorough. They even took care of a wasp nest that was hidden in the garage. These two young men have great customer service and that Carrie’s alot of weight in any business. My only negative is the prices are a bit high but the overall experience is what make it worth it. I wish I could award Junk Doctors a galaxy of stars. I needed some old furniture removed rather quickly, but anticipated that it would take several days at least. I completed the really easy online request form and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. Nick and David arrived within five minutes of my scheduled window of 8 am – 10 am. Who does that? They were two of the most pleasant, professional and efficient young men I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Communications with Junk Doctors was exceptional from the customer service agent I spoke with to the follow-up e-mails. I was always kept informed of the status. And, did I mention that the cost was well-received by this customer? Kudos to Junk Doctors. I will certainly use them again.

They showed up on time; gave me a not to exceed estimate, removed my old hot tub; cleaned up the job site; and did it all smoothly and efficiently. Final price was less than estimate. Both guys were polite and friendly. I highly recommend them for junk removal.

Had tons of broken junk and bulky stuff in my yard from the previous owner for years–one night I finally decided to shop for junk removal. Was pleased to see next day slots amply available and easily chose a time slot. Got a text with instructions and all was well. The next day they texted they were running a bit behind and would be coming nearer the end of my 2 hour block–no problem and they gave about 2 hours’ notice on that (and still have me the 30 minute call). Guys were professional, polite, and efficient, and I thought the price was fair for the labor and the amount they took. So nice to have all the junk gone and it took less than an hour, wish I’d done it sooner!

These guys were awesome. They were timely, respectful, and actually showed up early. They called to ask if they could come early prior to just showing up which was greatly appreciated. There were a few extra things that I needed thrown away and they took them away happily. Very Covid safe, which is appreciated as I have a wife almost 9 months pregnant. They even rounded down when giving me the price. The real kicker was the hand written note that they sent as a follow up. That is top notch customer service and creates a memorable experience from a rather non memorable job. I’ve used other services before when getting rid of stuff and I will never do that again. A little goes a long way is the service industry and these guys are the best at what they do and even better and being friendly and helpful!!
